Claims (1)
- 固定接触子および該固定接触子を包囲して配設
されたシールドからなる固定接触部と、該固定接
触部の軸線方向に直線運動して前記固定接触子と
接離する中空の可動接触子と、該可動接触子の中
空部と連通するパツフア室とを備え、開極動作時
には前記パツフア室内部を負圧とすることにより
、前記可動接触子の中空部内へ外部から流れ込む
ガス流を生じさせ、前記固定接触子と前記可動接
触子との間に発生するアークを前記ガス流により
消弧するガス開閉器において、前記シールドは前
記可動接触子がほぼ気密に摺動可能に形成され、
前記可動接触子が前記固定接触部内部からほぼ抜
け出るまでの間、前記固定接触部内部とこれに連
通する前記可動接触子の中空部および前記パツフ
ア室内部とをほぼ気密に保つように構成したこと
を特徴とするガス開閉器。
