エア通路の一端でワーク検知を行うと共に、他端
をエア供給源に接続し、そのエア通路内の圧力を
検知する圧力検知機構を備えたエアセンサ装置に
おいて、 前記ワークの端面が当接する支持部材のワーク
支持面に対して垂直に孔部を形成し、その孔部に
摺動自在に嵌入したガイド体と、そのガイド体を
突出方向に付勢する付勢体とを備え、前記支持部
材内を通るエア通路の一端を前記孔部にその周面
から連通すると共に、その孔部にガイド体との隙
間をシールするシール部材を配設したことを特徴
