において、 上記柄杆部の軸線に対して略直角方向に延出す
るグリツプを、その基端部において、上記柄杆部
に対し、その軸方向に摺動可能に、かつ軸回りに
回動可能に設ける一方、上記グリツプの上記基端
部は、上記柄杆部の動力源側に設けられるセトツ
パに対して、バネ手段によつて弾力付勢されてい
