Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明１戴路面を傷つけないスタラドイ制電方式の冬用
自動車タイヤに関する。
従来、冬用自動車タイヤはスタッド付タイヤ、スタッド
レスタイヤ等があり、夫々多く利用されてきた。　しか
し、スタッド付タイヤには、その停止制御性能その構造
は、図−１に示す通り、タイヤの路面に接するゴム質に
内腔を設け、スタッドを埋め込み、　　　　　　　　　
　　　　°　　　　リスタラドをタイヤ外面より出し入
れする構造のものである。
以上のように、必要な時に簡単な操作でスタッドを出し
制動性能を増し、又積雪不十分の時には縮めることがで
きる。
この事により、車の安全性と舗装道路の磨耗を減らすこ
とが出来、車粉公害をスタッドの出し入れ（伸縮）には
、小型ボンベにより、従来の空気を注入する時と同様に
、該内腔充圧用の口金より簡単に加圧することでスタッ
ドを縮め、又、充圧された内腔の空気を逃すことにより
スタッドを伸ばすことができる。タイヤの付は替と比較
すると、非常に短時間で出来るのが特徴である。
詳述すると、タイヤの路面に接するゴム質に内腔を設け
、これに、外部より逆止弁（ムシゴム）を介して、空気
圧をかけるための導入通路を設ける。　又、逆止弁自体
若しくＬ別に外部へ空気を逃す（ａ用の口金を設ける。
これ等により、ｔｍｒｍｔ−ｓタイヤ自体の圧力にりよ
り、内腔が縮まりスタッドを押し上げ、スタッドが伸び
、加圧時には内腔が広がりスタッドを押し下げ、外から
見ると縮むことになる。
伸縮長さは、３〜１０ｍｍあれば良い。
スタッドは従前のスタッドタイヤに見られるよう４．：
、　ＷＩＪ、多数に取付けることが出来る。
第１図に通常の自動車用タイヤを示す。１は路面に接す
るゴム質部分、２はホイール、３は第２図、第３図に拡
大して示す部分。
第２図１戴第１図３に示した路面に接するゴム質部分の
拡大図であり、本発明の根幹部分を表す。１はスタッド
、２はゴム質部内、３はゴム質部内に設けた内腔である
４はゴム質底部のダイヤフラムである。本図は内腔が充
圧している状態で内腔が広がりダイヤフラム部分が押し
下げら札スタッドの先端はタイヤ外周より縮んだ姿とな
っている。
第３図（１１，スタッド、２．ゴム質部分、３．内腔、
４．ダイヤフラムである。本図は内腔内部が減圧された
状態で内腔は縮まり、ダイヤフラムが押し上げられスタ
ッドが伸び出た姿となっている。
第４図は４．タイヤの路面に接する部分のゴム質内腔、
２はスタッド、　ω線はスタッド底部を示す）３は共通
の空気通路、４は接手、５は空気光・減圧の口金。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （イ）自動車用タイヤの路面に接するゴム質部分に内腔
    を設ける。 （ロ）内腔底部は可動範囲３〜１０ｍｍのダイヤフラム
    構造とする。 （ハ）スタッドを該可動ダイヤフラムに固定する。 （ニ）該内腔に共通する空気通路を設ける。 （ホ）該空気通路の末端に外部より充・減圧用の口金を
    設ける。 以上の構造を特徴とする伸縮自在スタッド付自動車タイ
    ヤ
