Claims (1)
- 弁胴と、その内部の気体の通路を仕切る弁体と
、前記弁胴に接続されたシリンダであつて弁胴内
に連通していて非磁性体から成る内筒とその外側
の外筒とで二重になつたものと、このシリンダの
内筒と外筒との間に設けられていてそこに供給さ
れる駆動流体で駆動されるピストンと、前記弁体
に接続されかつ一部分が前記シリンダの内筒内に
直動可能に挿入された弁軸と、この弁軸および前
記ピストンにそれぞれ設けられていて互いに吸引
する磁石とを備えることを特徴とする真空用バル
ブ。
