外周面に嵌め込まれる請求項第１項記載の超音波
モータのロータ。 (4) 該圧電セラミツクが円筒であり、該円筒の
外周面に嵌め込まれる請求項第１項記載の超音波
モータのロータ。 (5) 金属片がスプリングばねによつて内周面か
ら突出するように付勢されて圧電セラミツクの外
周面と接触する請求項第１項記載の超音波モータ
