An inner door plate (2) made of synthetic resin is provided, and horizontal grooves are formed in the inner plate (2) for receiving pockets and for reinforcing the inner plate itself. In addition, a heat insulating material (4) such as hard urethane foam is filled in the space surrounded by the synthetic resin door frame (3) attached at the periphery between these two plates (1) and (2). It is formed as follows. The door frame body (3) has a gripping fixing groove (5) that grips and fixes the door outer panel (1) on the outer panel side peripheral edge, and a backing that attaches a backing (not shown) to the inner panel side peripheral edge. A mounting groove (6) and a support piece (7) extending toward the inner plate are provided and formed by extrusion molding from a synthetic resin material.

It was placed on the back side of the board to prevent warping during cooling.

On the other hand, since the outer side of the door remains as it is, it warps as shown in Figure 8, creating a gap between it and the inside of the refrigerator, reducing airtightness. However, there was a problem in that the lateral grooves of the inner plate were not filled with heat insulating material and an air layer remained, causing deformation due to a drop in internal pressure during cooling.

By integrally foaming and providing a reinforcing plate with holes in locations corresponding to the lateral grooves, it is possible to prevent this problem at a very low cost.
