ばねとを有するオートテンシヨナに於いて、上記
固定部材に固定の部分と上記揺動部材との間に、
上記捩りコイルばねの弾力に抗して固定部材と揺
動部材とを変位させた状態のまま、両部材同士の
相対的変位を阻止する係止ピンを設け、この係止
ピンによる係合を外部から取り外し自在とした事
