り力が発生し、円滑な窓の開閉動作を行ない難く
なることがある。

に連結してある。このようなリンクLに於いて、
外枠1側のヒンジ4に対し矢印図示の如く水平方
向の回転力を与え、リンクLをハ,ロ,イの順に
屈伸して障子2を開いたり、ヒンジ4の逆方向に
回転し、リンクLをイ,ロ,ハの順に屈伸して障
子2を閉じたりする場合、第1図イと第1図ハの
位置では、ロツドR1,R2の長手方向の軸線P
1−P及びP−P2に対して枢軸P1,P,P2
が直角になつているため、常にこのような関係を
保持しながらリンクLを屈伸すれば、ロツドR
1,R2のいずれにも捩れが発生することはな
い。けれども、障子2の開閉動作時には、当該障
子2の揺動端が直線的な運動ではなく円弧状の軌
跡を持つ運動を行なう関係上、障子開閉動作の途
中、つまり第1図ハ→イ又はイ→ハの状態に移行
する過程に於いて、外枠1側のヒンジ4を左方又
は右方に回転すると、障子2を開く時にはロツド
R2の先端部に上向きの力が作用し、障子2を閉
じる時には逆にロツドR2の先端部に下向きの力
が作用する。その際、障子2側のロツドR2を支
持する二つの枢軸P2,Pは常に貫通方向が同じ
なので、常に平行な状態を保ちながら障子2の傾
斜に即応してロツドR2の軸線P−P2と直角に
向きを変えるため、障子2側のロツドR2に捩れ
を生じることはないが、これに連らなる外枠1側
のロツドR1はヒンジ4の枢軸P1が同一平面上
に於いて水平方向に旋回しながら平面上の向きを
変えるだけで前記枢軸P2,Pのように立面方向
に傾斜する運動を行なわないため、外枠1側のロ
ツドR1を支持する枢軸P,P1の向きが当初に
述べた直角の関係を保持できなくなり、第1図ロ
の如くロツドR1の枢軸P,P1間に於いて該ロ
ツドR1の上端部が手前側から見て右回りに回転
するような捩り力が発生し、その捩れ量はヒンジ
4が45゜回転してロツドR1,R2が約90゜屈折し
た時に最大となり、リンクLの円滑な屈伸動作を
妨げる。このような現象が発生するのを防止する
手段としては、外枠1側のロツドR1と障子2側
のロツドR2とを結合する枢軸Pの貫通孔Hを枢
軸Pの直径よりも遥かに大きく形成し、枢軸Pと
貫通孔Hとの間に生ずる遊隙で捩れを吸収する方
法が考えられるが、実際上、枢軸Pの貫通部分に
前記のように大きな遊隙を設けたのでは、リンク
L全体の屈伸動作にガタツキが生じ、故障の原因
になることは勿論、円滑で確実な窓の開閉動作を
行ない難くなると云う問題があつた。

ジに螺合する雌ネジS′を設け、両者を回転自在且
つ脱出不能に連結してあるが、この雄ネジSと雌
ネジS′に代えて、第4図図示の如くT字形の膨頭
部を有する凸部S1と前記凸部S1に嵌合する凹
部S1′とにより両者を回転自在且つ脱出不能に
連結することもある。

のうち先端部側のロツドr1′が矢印図示の方向
に回動し、外枠1側のロツドR1に生ずる捩れを
吸収するので、リンクLの屈伸運動時に外枠1側
のロツドR1が捩れて変形するようなことがな
く、常に無理のかからない状態で円滑軽快な障子
の開閉動作を行なうことができる。
