連結シートの一端縁を夫々接着し、その連結シー
トの長さLは、防水シートの自由端縁と連結シー
トの一端縁の接着した長さlよりも長いものと
し、連結シートの他端縁間に、両面接着テープを
介在して合着し、その外面より帯板を添着してビ
ス着したことにより、連結紐によつて防水シート
間が強固に接合され、また、連結シート間の連結
によつて防水シート間が水密となり、防水シート
下面の土砂の流出が完全に防止され、また、産業
投棄物の流出が防止されて種々なる弊害を防止
し、連結シートの接合によつて防水シートの連結
が二重となり、一層強固な結合となり、前記の欠
