点を有している。 When forming carton materials into paper containers, and when sealing paper containers filled with fillers, the joints between carton materials are usually formed by heat sealing, but as described above, When a conventional carton material is subjected to a heat sealing process, it is brought into contact with the aluminum layer by heating and pressurizing during heat sealing. The adhesive between the cardboard and the aluminum layer melts and flows together with the olefinic synthetic resin layer on the inner surface side, which is directly involved in heat sealing, so that the aluminum layer is simultaneously stretched and Cracks occur. As a result, not only does the paper container made into a box not only have insufficient gas barrier performance, but in some cases, the liquid filling inside the container comes into direct contact with the cardboard in the carton material.
Subtle changes in taste, odor, etc. occur in the filling material, which has disadvantages such as deterioration of the quality of the filling material, especially in sake, where odor tends to affect the taste, and even causing liquid leakage. .

である。 On the other hand, in the present invention, a cardboard having a coating layer made of an olefin-based synthetic resin and an aluminum foil having a heat-fusible layer also made of an olefin-based synthetic resin are bonded to the coating layer of the cardboard and the heat-fusible layer of the aluminum foil. It consists of laminated sheets that are adhered and laminated via an adhesive layer made of thermoplastic synthetic resin such that the weldable layer is the outermost layer, and the heat-fusible layer of the laminated sheet is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the container. The carton material for liquid containers is manufactured in a layered manner, and the adhesive layer in the carton material for liquid containers is used for heat sealing when forming and sealing the carton material for liquid containers. The paper container is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that exhibits a melt viscosity higher than the melt viscosity of the olefin-based synthetic resin of the heat-fusible layer in the liquid container carton material at temperature, and the paper container is manufactured using the carton material. Even when the aluminum foil in the carton material undergoes a heat-sealing process using heat and pressure during the bonding process, there are no pinholes or cracks, and it has excellent performance in terms of gas barrier properties, liquid penetration resistance, etc. A liquid paper container having the following properties is obtained.

In this case, a cardboard 3 coated with a coating layer 2 made of an olefin-based synthetic resin and an aluminum foil 5 on which a heat-fusible layer 4 also made of an olefin-based synthetic resin are laminated are the coating layer 2 of the cardboard 3,
Similarly, the heat-fusible layer 4 of the aluminum foil 5 is made to be the outermost layer, that is,
3 sides of cardboard and 5 sides of aluminum foil are in contact with 6 sides of adhesive layer made of thermoplastic synthetic resin,
The adhesive layer 6 made of the thermoplastic synthetic resin in the liquid container carton material 1 is used when forming and sealing the carton material 1. It is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that exhibits a melt viscosity higher than that of the olefin-based synthetic resin constituting the heat-fusible layer 4 at a heat-sealing temperature of Weldable layer 4
is subjected to the box-making process so that it becomes the inner peripheral surface layer of the paper container.

At the heat-sealing temperature used in the heat-sealing process that forms the joint part, which is usually around 170 to 250°C, the melt viscosity of the thermoplastic synthetic resin that makes up the adhesive layer 6 in the carton material 1 is the same. The thermoplastic synthetic resin constituting the adhesive layer 6 has a melt viscosity higher than that of the olefin-based synthetic resin constituting the heat-fusible layer 4 in the carton material 1;
It is necessary to select and utilize the olefin-based synthetic resin constituting the heat-fusible layer 4.

For example, a cardboard 3 having a coating layer 2 made of an olefin-based synthetic resin on its surface and an aluminum foil 5 having a heat-fusible layer 4 made of an olefin-based synthetic resin on its surface are laminated together using an adhesive layer 6. Alternatively, a cardboard 3 having a coating layer 2 of olefin synthetic resin on its surface and an aluminum foil 5 are pasted together with an adhesive layer 6, and an underlayer is applied to the aluminum foil 5 side of the resulting laminated sheet. It can be easily manufactured by bonding olefin-based synthetic resin films such as polyethylene via a coating layer to form a heat-fusible layer 4 having heat-bonding ability.

In the process of sealing the paper container, when the carton materials 1 are pasted together by heat sealing, the heat and pressure applied to the carton materials 1 may cause a flow phenomenon. A flawless adhesive layer 6 can be easily formed.

作用、効果を有するものである。 The carton material 1 for liquid containers of the present invention having the laminated structure as described above has, as described above, the heat-fusible layer 4 in the carton material 1 for liquid containers serving as the inner peripheral surface layer of the paper container. The paper container is made into a predetermined paper container, that is, the surface indicated by the symbol A in the figure is the side that comes into contact with the filling liquid, that is, the inside, and the surface indicated by the symbol B is the outside. During the process of forming a paper container for liquid using the carton material 1, and after filling the paper container with liquid as an inner filler, in the step of sealing the paper container, When the carton materials 1 are pasted together by heat-sealing, the melt viscosity of the olefin-based synthetic resin constituting the heat-fusible layer 4, which is directly involved in the heat-sealing, makes it difficult to Since the thermoplastic synthetic resin that makes up the adhesive layer 6 has a higher melt viscosity, in addition to the carton material 1, during the heat sealing operation described above, Due to the heat and pressure generated, the thermoplastic synthetic resin constituting the adhesive layer 6 does not flow, and even if it does, the heat-fusible layer 4 is directly involved in the heat sealing of the carton materials 1. The flow of the aluminum foil 6 is extremely small compared to the flow of the olefin-based synthetic resin that makes up the adhesive layer 6.
Flows together with the thermoplastic synthetic resin that makes up the
This has the effect of suppressing the phenomenon of pinholes and cracks and making it possible to obtain a liquid paper container having extremely excellent gas barrier properties and liquid permeation resistance.
