【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 過給機付エンジンのシリンダーヘツド１の吸
気ポート２及び排気ポート３にそれぞれバルブシ
ート４，５をシリンダー側端面１ａより内嵌固定
し、吸排気ポート間に位置する弁間肉壁部６に冷
却通路７を通過させて形成し、この冷却通路７を
通過する冷却流体で弁間肉壁部を冷却するように
構成した過給機付エンジンの弁間肉壁部冷却装置
において、 冷却通路７の入口７ａを吸気ポート２内で過給
機１６から圧送されてくる加圧吸気流Ｆに対向し
て臨む状態に開口し、その加圧吸気流Ｆの一部ｆ
が冷却通路７内を通過するように構成したことを
特徴とする過給機付エンジンの弁間肉壁部冷却装
置。 ２ 冷却通路７の少なくとも一部を弁間肉壁部６
のうちの両バルブシート４，５間に位置するバル
ブシート間肉壁部分６Ｂに通過させ、冷却通路７
に排気側バルブシート５の外面を露出させて構成
