置において、上記入力軸外周に上記バルブスリー
ブの入力側端面に対向させて保持部材を嵌着し、
この保持部材と上記バルブスリーブの入力側端面
に当接させたスラストワツシヤとの間に該バルブ
スリーブを軸方向出力側に圧接するウエーブワツ
シヤ等の弾圧部材を介装したことを特徴とする動
