Claims (1)
- 上面をメタルボンド固定砥粒による研摩面６と
した水平回転自在な研摩デイスク３と、前記研摩
面６にワークを押し付けるワーク保持装置１０と
、前記研摩面６に対向する研摩面修正用の修正砥
石２１を備えた修正砥石保持装置２０と、前記研
摩面６上に修正電極体１５を回転可能に保持する
とともに該修正電極体１５と前記研摩デイスク３
とを電源装置１６に接続して導電性液体の供給下
に前記研摩面６を電解仕上げする研摩面修正装置
１２とを同一の機台１に組み込んだことを特徴と
する研摩装置。
