転数に応じて予め記憶しているレベル時間記憶手
段と、前記時間比より次の気筒の基準位置信号の
立上りエツジより立下りエツジまでの時間或いは
立下りエツジより立上りエツジまでの時間を予測
する時間予測手段と、前記時間予測手段により予
測された前記時間を前記レベル時間記憶手段より
