ラスを取付ける際に用いることができるガラス取

考案の目的

考案の構成
本考案のガラス取付装置は、断面コ字状で一方

込み部の相対向する底辺にそれぞれ内方向に突起
を設けたパネルを取付けることによつて構成して

実施例の説明
以下、本考案の一実施例を第３図、第４図に示
して説明する。本装置においては、第３図に示す
ように断面コ字状部６の一方の側辺に断面矢形の
係止部７を一体に設けた細長いガラス受け桟８を
用いる。一方、パネル９には、第４図に示すよう
に、その内方向に断面コ字状の突条１０を一体形
成し、この突状１０に、第４図に示すようにその
先端側から切欠くことによつて形成される如き複
数個のコ字形切込み１１を設け、切込み部の相対
向する底辺にそれぞれ内方向に突起１２を設け
る。そして、このパネル９の切込み１１に受け桟
８の係止部７を押し込んで取付ける。本実施例で
は、ガラス受け桟８は硬質塩化ビニルを用い、押
出し金形で成形している。この時ガラス受け桟８
の矢形の係止部７の寸法はパネル９の突起部１２
の寸法よりも若干大きくしてあるために矢形の係
止部７が突起部１２にひつかかり、外れなくな
る。そこで、この受け桟８のコ字状部６のガラス
板１３の下端部を嵌め合わせて取付ける。このよ
うにすれば、ビス止めが不要でこの状態で、ガラ
ス受け桟８のコ字状部６にガラス板１３の下端部
を嵌め合わせることにより、ガラス板１３をキヤ

ため、構造を簡単にすることができ、工数の低減
及び部品点数の削減によつて大巾なコストダウン
