Claims (1)
- 相互に衝合される固定型と可動型とからなり、
該固定型と可動型との衝合面にキヤビテイを形成
する一方、溶融状態で供給される樹脂を一時的に
貯溜するとともにこれを加温してその溶融状態を
維持するホツトランナーと、該ホツトランナー内
の樹脂を射出するスプルーと、該スプルーから射
出された樹脂の溜り部となるランナーと、該ラン
ナーと上記キヤビテイとを絞り状態で連通させる
ゲートとを備えた射出成形金型において、上記ラ
ンナーの近傍位置に該ランナーに連通する所定容
積をもつ樹脂滞留部を形成するとともに、該樹脂
滞留部と上記ランナーとを連通あるいは連通遮断
可能とされた遮閉部材を備えたことを特徴とする
射出成形金型構造。
