Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a fabric without the need for sewing by integrating along with fixing at the end of knitting completion both front and back fabrics knitted by a flat knitting machine having plural beds. CONSTITUTION:Left and right front parts 5, 6 are knitted with a front bed, while a back part 7 with a back bed. Both the front and back parts are superposed on shoulder lines 8, 9, and 'fushime' is formed from both the side ends of the fabric to the final end treated knitted part to stitch said front and back parts together. At the coincidence of the 'fushime' from both the ends of the fabric towards the central part, several courses of loops are formed through the leap of both the 'fushime' by only one well portion.

[Means for Solving the Problem] In the invention of claim 1, in a flat knitting machine having at least two needle beds, the front side of the fabric is formed on the first needle bed, and the back side is formed on the second needle bed. In the knitted fabrics in which the side knitted fabrics are knitted, the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric and the loops of the knitting end course of the back knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front side knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front side knitted fabric are overlapped, and the loops of the knitting end course of the front side knitted fabric are overlapped. The end line of the knitted fabric was formed by the bind-off stitches of each wale toward the center, and at the matching point of the bind-off stitches from both ends of the green space toward the center, several courses of stitches for one wale were formed through the loops of both bind-off stitches. .

In the invention of claim 2, a horizontal A machine in which a front bed and a pack bed are provided with their front ends facing each other is used, and the loops of the final course of the knitted fabric knitted with the needles of the front bed and the pack bed are Transfer one of the loops of the final course of the knitted fabric to the needle on the opposite bed,
Each loop of the final course of both knitted fabrics is overlapped and locked on the same needle, and at each end of the knitted fabric, the overlapped knitting is carried out by the first needle at the end and the second needle inside it. Knit the knitted fabric loop following the ground loop, transfer the loop of the first needle to the loop of the second needle, overlap both loops, and then
and a third needle inside the second needle to knit a loop, transfer the loop knitted by the second needle to the third needle, overlap both loops, and do the same. Of the loops knitted with two needles, the outer loop is overlapped with the inner loop, and this is carried out to the final edge processing knitting section, where the final edge processing knitting section loop and its adjacent wale are overlapped. The loops of the knitted fabric were overlapped, and the core part was knitted continuously in a slightly course manner, and the edges of the knitted fabric were treated.

[Effect of Komei] According to Komei, by using a flat knitting machine having at least two beds, the front and back knitted fabrics knitted in a cylindrical shape or two layers are integrated at the end edge of the knitting, and In order to be able to do the fastening at the same time, when making clothing etc. by horizontal kn, the knitted fabric is formed in advance into a shape corresponding to the product such as clothing and knitted. Since the two knitted fabrics can be integrated and sealed, the product can be made without sewing, and there is no need for any means such as cutting off the green area, linking, or Ml, which were always performed in the past.

[Claims] 1. In a flat knitting machine having at least two needle beds, a front knitted fabric is knitted on the first needle bed, and a back knitted fabric is knitted on the second needle bed. , the loops of the knitting end course of the front knitted fabric and the loops of the knitting end course of the back knitted fabric are overlapped, and the bind-off of one wale is made from both ends of the knitted fabric toward the center through the overlapped loops. A knitted fabric characterized in that a knitted fabric end line is formed by forming a knitted fabric end line, and several courses of stitches for one wale are formed through loops of both bind-off stitches at matching points of bind-off stitches from both ends of the knitted fabric toward the center. 2. Using a flat knitting machine with a front bed and a back bed with their leading ends facing each other, the loop of the final course of the knitted fabric is knitted with the needles of the front bed, and the final course of the knitted fabric is knitted with the needles of the back bed. Transfer one of the loops to the needles on the opposite bed, overlap each loop of both final courses of knitted fabrics on the same needle, and lock them on the same needle. knitting a knitted fabric loop following the overlapped knitted fabric loop using one needle and a second needle inside thereof, and transferring the loop of the first needle to the loop of the second needle,
Overlap both loops, then feed the yarn to the second needle and the third needle inside the second needle to knit a loop, and then knit the loop knitted by the second needle to the third needle. Transfer the stitches and overlap both loops, then overlap the outer loop on the inner loop of the loops knitted with two needles in the same way, and continue this until the final edge processing knitting section. A knitted fabric edge treatment method comprising overlapping the loops of the end treatment knitting section and the loops of the adjacent wales, and knitting a slightly continuous course in the section.
