性を有する複数の接触端子を備えた電子素子とか
らなり、前記各接触端子がコネクタ内のそれぞれ
別の端子に圧接することを特徴とする電子素子内
蔵コネクタ。 (2) コネクタ内の空間を電子素子の外側から防
