Claims (1)
- 巻線が巻回された２つの略Ｃ字状の磁気コアを
互いに突き合わせ、突き合わせ部の一方に磁気空
隙材を介挿し、磁気空隙を形成してなる磁気ヘツ
ド素子をシールドケースに収納し、シールドケー
ス内に埋め込み樹脂を充填した後、磁気空隙側の
摺動面をＲ面に研磨加工して形成するリング型の
磁気ヘツドにおいて、磁気空隙側と反対側の磁気
コア突き合わせ対向面に位置決めピン挿入穴を設
け、２つの磁気コアを組み合せる時、夫々の位置
決めピン挿入穴に位置決めピンを挿入し、組合せ
形成したことを特徴とする磁気ヘツド。
