ある。
図において、1はコンバータ整流回路、2は商
用交流電源、3はコンバータ平滑回路、4はイン
バータ、7は開閉器、8は開閉シーケンス手段、
9は地絡電流制限抵抗、10は地絡検出器、11
はコンタクタ、12はコンタクタ開閉手段である
。なお、図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分を
示す。

力側母線間の電圧を検出する検出手段と、該検出
手段の出力電圧が基準電圧を上回つた時に信号を
出力する地絡検出手段と、該地絡検出手段の出力
信号により上記第1の開閉手段を開成する第1の
開閉制御手段と、上記第1の開閉手段の閉成開始
から所定時間経過した後上記第2の開閉手段を閉
成する第2の開閉制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
