- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 大流量測定用の第１計量部Ａと小流量測定用
の第２計量部Ｂを設け、流体の全流量を流量が設
定流量以上の状態で前記第１計量部Ａに、かつ、
流量が設定流量以下の状態でのみ前記第２計量部
Ｂに供給するための自動流路切換用弁装置Ｖを設
けた流量計であつて、前記第２計量部Ｂに熱式フ
ローセンサーＳを設けてある流量計。 ２ 前記第１計量部Ａがフルイデイツク流量計で
ある請求項１記載の流量計。 ３ 前記第１計量部Ａがタービン式流量計である
