Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a distortion caused by vibration by forming an edge of a cone by placing a first raw material and a second raw material and giving uniform flexibility in the radial direction of its forming raw material. CONSTITUTION:Plural warps 14 are placed in the center axis direction in a cone 12, and plural wefts 15 are placed in the concentric circle direction against the center axis and they are braided like a bellows. In this case, a constricted part 17 become the inside diameter of a cone joint part 11, the maximum outside diameter part is controlled to the diameter corresponding to the maximum outside diameter, and to a braiding and forming textile material which is obtained by cutting successively, impregnation of a resin such as phenol, etc., is executed, and thereafter, it is further heated and formed and an edge 16 whose cross section is like a roll is obtained, and this edge 16 is joined to a peripheral edge part of the cone 12. In such a way, a forming raw material in which a first raw material 14 and a second raw material 15 are formed in obtained. Therefore, flexibility in the radial direction being the transfer direction of all oscillatory waves becomes uniform, and by suppressing low a vibration distortion, the generation of the vibration distortion can be prevented.

However, according to a certain structure, the warp threads 3 and the weft threads 40
The flexibility differs with respect to the driving point C at the center of the silicone θ depending on the knitting direction. Especially the warp 3. Compared to the four weft directions, the flexibility in the arrow direction, which differs by approximately 46 degrees from these directions, is significantly different. As a result, there is a problem in that vibration distortion of the cone 6 occurs, resulting in deterioration of sound quality.

The manufacturing process of the edge 16 of the speaker diaphragm according to the embodiment configured as described above will be explained. In FIG. 3, a plurality of warp yarns 14 are arranged in the direction of the central axis of the cone 12, and a plurality of weft yarns 16 are arranged in a concentric direction with respect to the central axis, so that the cone 12 is knitted in a bellows shape. At this time, the constricted portion 17 is the inner diameter of the cone joint portion 11, and the maximum outer diameter portion is regulated to a diameter equivalent to the maximum outer diameter of the edge. Next, the portions indicated by broken lines in FIG. 4 are sequentially cut. Then, the resulting knitted woven material is impregnated with a resin such as phenol, and then further heat-molded to obtain an edge 16 having a rolled cross-section.

Next, the operation of photographing the edge 16 obtained in this way will be explained. In FIG. 2, when the voice coil vibrates up and down in the direction of arrow C, the cone 12 vibrates up and down in response to the voice coil. On the other hand, in FIG. 1, the warp threads 14 of the edges 16 provided in the radial direction and the weft threads 16 provided concentrically are knitted together. Therefore, it has uniform flexibility in all directions of transmission of vibration waves, and distortion caused by vibration can be suppressed to a low level.

In this embodiment, the edge 16 has a roll shape, but it may have another shape that properly supports the cone 12 in a balanced manner, such as a corrugated shape or a grooved roll shape. However, similar weather-resistant materials such as cotton and chemical fibers can be used for the warp threads 14 and the weft threads 16, and materials of the same quality and diameter can be used for the warp threads 14 and the weft threads 16. , different materials as well as fiber materials of different diameters can be used to improve performance.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, since the first material and the second material are placed and molded, the molding material has uniform flexibility in the radial direction. However, it has the effect of being able to prevent the occurrence of distortion due to vibration.
