- 実装されるべきプリント配線基板上の導体パタ
ーンにはんだ付けされる板状のリード端子の部分
を、リード端子の長手方向に直角な断面の中央部
が前記導体パターンに接したとき、前記断面の両
端部が前記導体パターンから離れるよう反らせた
形に形成したことを特徴とする表画実装集積回路
