Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対向配置された正負一対の金属性の電極を
有し、該電極をアルコール含有燃料中に配置して
、電極間の静電容量に基づき燃料中のアルコール
濃度を検出する燃料センサにおいて、 前記電極の少なくとも正極側の電極を、絶縁性
のある皮膜で覆つたことを特徴とする燃料センサ
。 (2) 前記皮膜を、耐アルコール性の有機質皮膜
材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃
料センサ。 (3) 前記皮膜を、耐アルコール性の無機質皮膜
材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃
料センサ。 (4) 前記正極側の電極を、アルミニウムもしく
はアルミニウム合金で形成し、かつ、前記無機質
皮膜材を、陽極酸化処理もしくは化成処理による
酸化アルミニウム皮膜材でとしたことを特徴とす
る請求項3記載の燃料センサ。
