Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of dusts in the outside onto a contact type electricity collecting rail on the bottom surface in a guide rail body by constituting the title device so that a slider at the front edge in the advance direction opens a slide fastener as a traveling body travels and a slider at the rear edge closes the slide fastener. CONSTITUTION:Two covers 5 and 5 which are bound by a slide fastener 4 at the center in the width direction of an opened port part are installed at the opened port part 1a on the upper surface of a guide rail body 1 having a box-shaped section. While, a traveling body guided by the guide rail is equipped with wheels 7 which are on the inner bottom surface of the guide rail on the undersurface, and equipped with a contactor 8 which cooperates with each contact type electricity collecting rail 3. Sliders 9 and 9 for controlling the opening and closing of the guide rail body 1 are installed in the lower part at the both edges of the traveling body 6. Therefore, the opened part 1a of the guide rail body 1 is closed by the covers 5 and 5 at all times, except the part opposed to the traveling body 6, and the adhesion of dusts from outside onto the contact type electricity collecting rail 3 is prevented.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, since the contact current collecting rail 3 attached to the guide rail of the system is exposed as is not clear from FIG. . In particular, if dirt adheres to the signal rail, there is a risk of malfunction since the signal current is weak. Further, in order to solve these problems between the current collector of the traveling body and the current collector rail, it is sufficient to frequently clean the inside of the rail, but this is cumbersome and impractical.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) The guide rail running body system of the present invention comprises a guide rail main body having a box-shaped cross section with an open top surface and a contact current collecting rail attached to the inner bottom surface, and this guide rail. Two covers are provided on the upper open part of the main body and are bound together by a slide fastener at the center of the open part in the width direction, and a contact element is supported and guided by the guide rail main body and cooperates with the contact current collector rail. It has a guide rail traveling body, and sliders installed at the bottom of both ends of the guide rail traveling body to open and close the slide fasteners, and each slider opens the slide fastener when it is at the front end in the traveling direction of the traveling body, and opens the slide fastener at the rear end. The feature is that it closes when it is.

(Function) In the guide rail traveling body system of the present invention having the above configuration, as the traveling body travels, the slider at the front end in the traveling direction opens the slide fastener, and the slider at the rear end closes it. Therefore.

In the system of the present invention, the open part on the top surface of the guide rail main body is kept to a minimum and is limited only to the part facing the traveling body, so that there is no possibility that external dust may adhere to the contact current collector rail on the bottom surface of the guide rail main body. The scattering of mechanical abrasion powder caused by friction between the current collection rail and the contactor to the surrounding area is effectively prevented.

(Embodiment) The same parts as in FIG.
2 is a side view of the entire embodiment, and FIG. 2B is an enlarged plan view of the main part showing the relationship between the end of the traveling body and the guide rail of the embodiment. In Figure 1, an opening 1 on the top surface of the rail body 1
A is provided with two covers 5.5 which are bound together by a slide fastener 4 at the widthwise center of the opening.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2A, the traveling body 6 guided by the guide rail is provided with wheels 7 on its lower surface that come into contact with the inner bottom surface of the guide rail to support and travel the traveling body 6. It has a contactor 8 that cooperates with the power rail 3. In addition, sliders 9 and 9 for opening and closing the slide fastener 4 are attached to the lower portions of both ends of the traveling body 6, respectively. It is assumed that the slide fasteners of each of the sliders 9 are opened when they are at the forward end and closed when they are at the rear end.

In the guide rail traveling body system of the present invention having the above configuration, when mounting the traveling body 6 on the guide rail,
If the slide fastener 4 is closed while leaving the part facing the traveling body 6, as the traveling body 6 travels, the slider which becomes the front end of the travel will open the slide fastener 4 and become the rear end. The slider will close the opened portion. Therefore, in the guide rail traveling body system of the present invention, the open portion 1a of the guide rail body 1 is always closed by the cover 5.5 except for the portion facing the traveling body 6, and the open portion 1a of the guide rail body 1 is always closed by the cover 5.5. There is no possibility that dust from the outside will adhere to the contact current collecting rail 3 installed on the inner bottom surface. Furthermore, since the upper surface of the guide rail main body 1 is always closed as described above, mechanical abrasion powder generated by friction between the contact collector rail 3 and the contactor 8 is not scattered around.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above, in the guide rail traveling body system of the present invention, since there is no external dust adhering to the contact current collector rail, there is less noise related to weak signal currents, and the traveling body and its mounting are There is no risk of equipment malfunction. Further, since there is no scattering of mechanical abrasion powder caused by friction with the contact current collector and the contactor, there is no risk of causing damage to peripheral equipment.
