Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】１ケース本体と、このケース本体に回転可能に
支持された軸体と、この軸体に巻取り可能に取付
けられたスクリーンと、上記スクリーンの伸縮方
向を一定に保つ保持手段とを有し、上記ケース本
体と軸体との間にはコイルスプリングが配置され
、このコイルスプリングは巻取り方向のねじり回
転付勢力が上記軸体に作用するように上記ケース
本体と軸体とに互いに連結され、上記保持手段は
ケース本体に固定された案内レールと、この案内
レールによつて進退可能に保持され、上記スクリ
ーンの両側部に配置された一対の支持部材と、こ
の支持部材を上記案内レールに押し付けるばね部
材とからなり、上記案内レールにはその両側端部
に上記支持部材の案内方向をスクリーンの伸縮方
向に滑かに変換する屈曲案内部が形成され、この
支持部材は、その板面と直交する方向に案内レー
ルの屈曲案内部に沿つて屈曲可能で、かつ屈曲に
伴う反発力により一直線状に復元可能であるとと
もに、上記板面と平行な方向に伸長状態のスクリ
ーンを自立状態に保持しうる曲げ剛性を有する帯
板体で構成され、この支持部材はその板面がスク
リーン面と互いに直交するように配置され、その
先端部がスクリーンの自由端と連結されるととも
に、基端部側が屈曲案内部によつて上記板面と直
交する方向に屈曲された状態で案内レール内に挿
入され、上記ばね部材は案内レールと支持部材と
の間に配置され、このばね部材により上記回転付
勢力より大きい摺動抵抗力が支持部材に作用する
ように構成されていることを特徴とする自動車用
日除け装置。２案内レールと支持部材との一方にはばね部材
が取付けられ、他方にはその長手方向に上記ばね
部材と互いに係合する複数の係合凹部が形成され
ていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の自動車用
