In addition, when processing this residue, it is difficult to process it as it is because it contains a large amount of water, so it is dehydrated using a general screw press to make it lightweight and small in volume. It is then dumped.

It gets caught in the screw blades that make up the screw device. When the amount increases, the residue that should be dehydrated is not pushed forward, but instead remains in the same position and rotates together with the screw shaft. If this phenomenon occurs, the residue will not be dehydrated. It disappears.

The barrel has a discharge part provided over the entire circumference for discharging water to the outside, and the volume between the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft and the inner circumferential surface of the barrel gradually increases toward the outlet part of the barrel. In a screw press for sludge dewatering, the sludge fed into a barrel is compressed and dehydrated while being gradually sent in the axial direction of the screw shaft by the rotating action of the screw device. The barrel has a structure in which a large number of rods are arranged in the circumferential direction so that a small gap is formed between the rods, and both ends of the rods are integrally connected by a ring plate.

This serves as a discharge section for the water produced by dehydration of the residue and the fibrous impurities contained in the residue.

Since the gap formed between the materials is small, the slag does not flow out from the gap while the undehydrated or dehydrated slag is fed into the barrel by the action of the screw device. The residue can be dehydrated smoothly.

The entanglement of impurities is significantly reduced, and the sludge fed into the barrel can be prevented from rotating together with the screw shaft, allowing smooth dehydration of the sludge.

It is a horizontally curved type in which a large number of rods 23 are arranged in the circumferential direction so that a small gap 24 is formed between adjacent rods 23, and both ends of the rods are connected by a ring plate 25. 0 The barrel B of this embodiment minimizes the deformation caused by the bending moment that each bar 23 receives when compressing the residue 2 (

Therefore, the barrel B, which is formed by integrally connecting a large number of rods 23 as described above, has a tapered cylindrical shape with an inner diameter that gradually decreases from the inlet part to the outlet part.

It has a shape similar to that of For this reason, the residue 2 is compressed well between the inner circumferential surface of the barrel B and the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft 4.

When protruding from the gap 24, this gap 24 is continuously provided along the axial direction of the screw shaft 4, and the width of the gap 24 formed between adjacent bars 23 is equal to that of the barrel B. Since the size increases rapidly from the inner circumferential surface to the outer circumferential surface, this shape helps discharge the foreign matter 26, and the foreign matter 26 is often discharged from inside the barrel B as it is.

Since the ratio of the residue 2 being wrapped around the screw shaft 4 is significantly reduced (this prevents the residue 2 from rotating together with the screw shaft 4, the residue 2 can be smoothly dehydrated).

When the restoring force of 2 is overcome, the sludge 2a that is about to be extruded causes the taper cone 9 to retreat, and the dehydrated sludge is released from between the tapered surface 9a of the taper cone 9 and the seat surface 13a of the seat plate 13. 2a is pushed out from inside the barrel B and discharged.

Since they are connected to form a barrel, fibrous impurities contained in the residue can be discharged from this gap. As a result, the rate of fibrous impurities wrapping around the screw blades is drastically reduced, making it possible to smoothly dehydrate the residue, which has been considered troublesome in the past.

とを特徴とするし渣脱水用スクリュープレス。(1) A screw device with screw blades spirally attached to the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft, this screw device being installed internally, and a discharge section for draining the water produced by dehydrating the scum to the outside. The volume between the outer circumferential surface of the screw shaft and the inner circumferential surface of the barrel gradually decreases toward the outlet of the barrel. In a screw press for sludge dewatering, which uses the rotating action of the screw device to compress and dewater the bar while gradually feeding it in the axial direction of the screw shaft, a small gap is formed between adjacent bars. 1. A screw press for dehydrating slag, characterized by having a barrel constructed by arranging a large number of rods in the circumferential direction and integrally connecting both ends of the rods with a ring plate.
