シフト用チヨツクにブラシロールを金属帯幅方向
にシフトさせ得る駆動装置を接続し、前記固定用
チヨツクにブラシロールを金属帯に対して昇降さ
せ得る昇降装置を取付けたことを特徴とするブラ
