[産業上の利用分野コ
本発明は磁気ディスク装置の信頼性において、特に、外
乱に対して浮上及変動に小さい磁気ヘッド支持体及びそ

[従来の技術]
従来の磁気ヘッド支持体は、特開昭55−22296号
公報に記載のように、磁気記録媒体面に磁気ヘッドを一
定な微小スペーシングで浮上させるために、空気力学的
に作用する浮上刃とつりあうように該ヘッドに負荷を加
えたり、媒体のうねりに追従させるために、該ヘッドに
3自由度(平行、ピッチ、ローリングモード)を可能に
していた。しかし、風や、アーム及び媒体面の突起、塵
埃とヘッドとの衝突によって、磁気ヘッド支持体が振動

イド板6をつける。また、その巻き数や翼数は製造した
い磁気ヘッド支持体の形状及び強化繊維の直径で決定す

くとも2種類の異なる材質の部材を交互に結合したこと
を特徴とする磁気ヘッド支持体。 2、該磁気ヘッドスライダを取りつける可とう部と、該
磁気ヘッド支持体を固定する磁気ヘッドアームとの取り
付け部と、それらの連結部とをそれぞれ異なる材質で分
けたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項の磁気ヘッ
ド支持体。 3、請求項1記載の磁気ヘッド支持体において、部材の
ひとつを 状もしくは帯状の繊維をスパイラルあるいは
積層に巻きつけて、結合材で固めたことを特徴とする磁
気ヘッド支持体。 4、特許請求の範囲第3項記載の磁気ヘッド支持体にお
いて、結合材を熱硬化性樹脂にしたことを特徴とする磁
気ヘッド支持体。 5、特許請求項の範囲第3項記載の磁気ヘッド支持体に
おいて、金属細線で巻きつけたことを特徴とする磁気ヘ
ッド支持体。 6、特許請求項の範囲第2項記載の磁気ヘッド支持体に
おいて、可とう部とアームとの取り付け部とすをすくな
くとも2ケ所で連結したことを特徴とする磁気ヘッド支
