In a conventional building cleaning gondola device, a gondola is suspended via a wire from an arm protruding from a trolley installed on the roof of a building so that it can be raised and lowered. The gondola is moved toward and away from the outer wall of the building by raising and lowering the arm or by sliding the arm in the horizontal direction. However, with this method, in buildings with complex external shapes, the movement of the gondola is limited, so there may be areas that cannot be cleaned.

In view of this, the present invention has been developed by installing two arms of different lengths on the upper side of one side of a traveling trolley installed on the roof of a building and running along the outer wall of the building, with the shorter one facing inward and the tip bent. The gondolas are arranged so that the long ends thereof are on the outside and do not interfere with each other, and the gondola is suspended and supported via a wire rope by a sheave provided at the tip of the arm, and the lower end of the arm can be rotated. The gondola is freely supported on the upper part of the traveling trolley, and the two arms can be selectively rotated in different directions, allowing the gondola to move not only toward and away from the building's exterior wall, but also to rotate, allowing it to be used for buildings with complex exterior shapes. It is also designed to allow cleaning of external walls, etc.

Two arms 2 and 3, an inner and a lower arm, are rotatably provided at the top of either the left or right side of the carriage 1, or at the top of the right side of the carriage in FIG. The inner arm 2 is linear, and the outer arm 3 is bent in an F-shape at its tip, and both arms 2 and 3 are arranged substantially parallel to each other so as not to interfere with each other. One or two sheaves 4 and 5 are provided at the ends of the gondola hanging wire ropes W, respectively. A guide sheave 6 is provided at the bent portion of this outer arm 3. Also, each arm 2,
The lower ends of the brackets 7 and 8 are provided at the lower ends of the brackets 7 and 8, and the brackets 7 and 8 are provided oppositely at the top of one side of the traveling truck at a required distance from inside and outside, and a support shaft 9 is provided at the bottom of each bracket 7 and 8. , 10 are provided in a protruding manner, and the support shafts 9, 10 are rotatably supported by bearings 11, 12. The support shafts 9 and 10 are driven by drive devices M 1 and M 2 , respectively, in synchronism or at different speeds. The number of wire ropes W hung on the sheaves 4 and 5 may be one or two each, and the gondola G is suspended and supported by these two or four wire ropes. It is something.

When the gondola device constructed as described above is normally not in use, the gondola G1 shown in FIG.
is placed on the roof and is on standby. At this time, the two arms 2 and 3 are positioned above the traveling carriage in the lateral direction, so that the traveling carriage and the gondola are arranged in series. Next, when using this gondola to clean window glass, etc., first wind up the wire rope by driving the lifting device at the G1 position, suspend the gondola from the rooftop to a position above the top of the parapet, and then The arms 2 and 3 are rotated by driving the drive devices M 1 and M 2 , respectively, so that the gondola is at the G 2 position. Arms 2 and 3 when moving from G 1 to G 2 of this gondola
Although the turning angles of the gondola are different, it is also possible to synchronize the turning speeds of the arms, but in order to ensure safe movement, the two arms turn at different speeds within a certain period of time. Move while remaining parallel to the wall. If the gondola does not line up exactly with the outer wall of the building at this G 2 position, lower the gondola a little to the parapet position or any arbitrary position, turn the arms 2 and 3 slightly back, and move from the solid line position G 2 in Figure 1 to the chain line. The gondola is moved to the G 2 ' position and aligned along the outer wall of the building at precisely predetermined intervals, and in this state the gondola is lowered to perform the desired cleaning. The combination of the lifting and lowering of the gondola and the running of the traveling trolley sequentially cleans the building's outer wall and glass surfaces along the building's outer wall surface. However, in the corners of the building and other places where the traveling trolley cannot approach, the solid line in Figure 2 The gondola is rotated and moved to positions G 3 , G 4 , and G 5 shown by the position and the chain line position. In this case as well, the arms 2 and 3 are rotated at different speeds to rotate the gondola 90 degrees.

According to the present invention, two arms of different lengths and shapes are provided on the top surface of one side of the traveling bogie so that they can rotate freely without interfering with each other, and the gondola is suspended from wire ropes from each arm. Because of this, the gondola can move up and down and turn, and can clean even buildings with complex external shapes. The gondola has the advantage that it can be provided at low cost and is easy to operate because of its simple structure.
