- 絶縁基板上に金属アルミニウムにより所定のパ
ターンの表示電極と給電配線を形成し前記表示電
極に蛍光体層を設けた陽極基板を有する蛍光表示
パネルにおいて、前記表示電極を残した前記給電
線上及び前記絶縁基板上に厚さ０．０５〜１μｍ
の窒化チタン膜を有することを特徴とする蛍光表
示パネル。
