Claims (1)
内層と、前記内層の外面側に射出成形によつて一
体的に成形された外層からなる多層容器において
、上記多層容器の内層が、内側よりポリエチレン
テレフタレート層、エチレン―酢酸ビニル共重合
体層及び透明性樹脂層よりなり、前記外層が前記
透明性樹脂よりなることを特徴とする多層容器。 (2) 請求項１に記載の多層容器において、前記
透明性樹脂がポリスチレン又はポリプロピレンで
あることを特徴とする多層容器。 (3) 請求項１又は２に記載の多層容器において
、容器上端部に設けられたフランジ部に、上側よ
り結晶性ポリプロピレン層、エチレン―酢酸ビニ
ル共重合体層、及びポリエチレンを主体とするシ
ーラント層よりなる内蓋が、ヒートシールにより
接着されていることを特徴とする容器。 (4) 請求項３に記載の多層容器において、上記
内蓋を覆うポリプロピレン製外蓋を有し、上記外
蓋の内側には、前記フランジ部の外周にスナツプ
フイツトにより係止される環状突起が設けられて
