Claims (1)
- 光源より光が照射され特定波長の光を分光する
フイルタ、同フイルタが分光した光を入光し他端
より測定対象物に照射する一方の光フアイバ、上
記測定対象物に照射された光の反射光を受光する
測定用センサ、上記フイルタが分光した光の一部
を一端より入光し他端より光源用センサに照射す
る他方の光フアイバ、および上記測定用センサよ
り測定値信号を入力し上記光源用センサよりドリ
フト信号を入力する測定装置を備えたことを特徴
とするドリフト防止装置付測定装置。
