モータの斜視図を示す。第２図ａは従来の磁気ス

リニアモータの斜視図を示す。 図において、１：ＤＣリニアモータ、２：バツ
クヨーク、３：センタヨーク、４：永久磁石、５
：駆動コイル、６：磁気スケール兼摺動軸、７：
キヤリツジ、８：磁気検出センサ、９：摺動軸取
り付け台、１０：基板。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 永久磁石４によつて作られた磁界中に駆動コ
イル５を設け、このコイルに駆動電流を流したと
きにコイルに往復運動を生ぜしめるボイスコイル
型リニアモータに、コイルの移動にともなつて移
動するキヤリツジ７に設けた磁気検出センサと磁
極が交互に反転し等間隔で配列された領域をもつ
た高保持力の磁性材料からなる磁気スケール６を
備え、移動位置を検出しているモータにおいて、
前記磁気スケールの磁気検出センサ８と対向して
いる磁極が交互に反転し等間隔で配列された領域
を、平面としたことを特徴としたＤＣリニアモー
タ ２ 前記磁気スケールが、モータの摺動軸を兼ね
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項のＤＣリニ
アモータ。
