In these conventional folding containers, in order to prevent the gate plate from moving outward when assembled, protrusions are provided on both ends of the bottom plate on the side where the gate plate contacts, or on both ends of the side plate on the side where the gate plate contacts. He was fulfilling his role. However, this alone does not adequately control the return of the flaps to the inside when assembled and stored items, resulting in inconveniences such as the flaps shifting or swinging when handling folding containers.

The gist of this is that a stopper for locking the lower end of the tilting plate is provided on the inside of the top surface of the bottom plate where the lower end of the tilting plate comes into contact, and the height of the stopper is adjusted between the frame body and the bottom body. This folding container is characterized in that the size difference is approximately equal to the total value of the dimensional difference between each pin of the hinge mechanism provided on the locked upper and lower side plates and the pin insertion hole.

The pin insertion holes 5a and 7a are formed in the upper plate 3, the pin insertion hole 6a is formed in the lower plate 4, the pin 5b is formed in the frame 1, and the pin 6b is formed in the bottom plate 2.
The pins 7b are respectively provided on the lower plate 4. And each pin insertion hole 5a, 6a, 7a and pin 5b, 6b,
7b and the height h of the stopper 11 are set to be approximately equal.

いる。 Therefore, when the folding container is assembled, the frame 1, upper plate 3, and lower plate 4 are loaded from above, as shown in FIG. 6b is in the upper part of the pin insertion hole 6a, and the pin 7b of the hinge mechanism 7 is in the pin insertion hole 7.
The pins 5b of the hinge mechanism 5 abut on the lower part of the pin insertion hole 5a, and the lower end of the tilting plate 8 abuts on the groove 10 of the bottom plate 2, as shown in FIG. 3b.

As shown in , first, the pin 5b of the hinge mechanism 5 hits the upper part of the pin insertion hole 5a and pulls up the upper plate 3, and then the lower part of the pin insertion hole 7a of the hinge mechanism 7 hits the lower part of the pin 7b. Then, the lower plate 4 is pulled up so that the lower part of the pin insertion hole 6a of the hinge mechanism 6 comes into contact with the lower part of the pin 6b.

As shown in FIG. 2, since the tilt plate 8 is pulled up by the frame 1 at least above the height h, the lower end of the tilt plate 8 is located above the stopper 11, and when folding the folding container, the tilt plate 8 is pulled up inside. When rotating the tilt plate 8, the engagement between the tilting plate 8 and the groove 10 can be released.

び折畳みの操作が簡単である。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, when the folding container is assembled to accommodate items,
The lower end of the flap plate can be locked by the stopper on the bottom plate, preventing it from sliding inward or swinging, making it possible to create a folding container with excellent stability. In addition, when assembling and folding, the frame body can be pulled up. Assembling and folding operations are easy because the lower end of the tilting plate can be moved over the stopper of the bottom plate with just one step.
