Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable seal coating in such a stage that mortar is unsured and to improve sealing properties by adding resin having affinity for both cement and a seal coating agent to composition for mortar lining and supplying this mixture on the inner surface of a metallic pipe and forming an upper layer made of resin by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:Resin having affinity for both cement and a seal coating agent is added to composition for mortar lining which is made of cement and sand. This composition is supplied on the inner surface of a metallic pipe 1 and molded by centrifugal force. Since specific gravity of resin component is lower than the specific gravity of cement and sand, a blended layer 2 of resin and mortar, a blended layer 3 thereof wherein amount of resin is gradually increased and a layer 4 made of only resin component are formed on the inner surface of the metallic pipe 1. Even when a seal coating layer 5 is coated in such a stage that mortar is uncured after forming these lining layers, the bonding state of respective layers is made good because the seal coating layer 5 is brought into contact the resin layer 4.

By the way, in the above mortar lining method, in order to improve the adhesion between the mortar lining layer and the seal coat layer, it is necessary to remove the Eflo content deposited on the surface of the mortar lining layer by polishing. Since these steps and seal coat agent application are performed after the process, the number of steps and manufacturing time are increased.
There were some drawbacks in terms of productivity that needed improvement.

However, if a seal coat agent is applied to the surface of the mortar lining layer before it is cured after forming, the above-mentioned problem can be solved, but peeling may occur due to the Eflo component deposited between the eyebrows. This would be extremely impractical.

As explained above, this invention uses the centrifugal force of centrifugal molding to form a resin-rich layer on the lining layer, and uses this as an adhesive layer with the seal coat agent, so that the adhesion and immersion resistance of each layer are improved. It has various effects, such as a significant improvement in the number of steps and a significant reduction in the number of steps since seal coating can be applied even when the mortar is not yet cured.
