装置に於て、貯水槽２の下部と上部とが連通する
循環パイプ３を設け、該循環パイプ３には貯水槽
２の下部から上部に向う水流を形成する循環ポン
プ４を取付け、該循環ポンプ４と貯水槽２の上部
とを接続する循環パイプ３に三方弁５を取付け、
該三方弁５の切換出力をシヤワー等の吐出弁６に
