At this time, in order to widen the area where the blade hole is provided in the outer blade as much as possible to increase the cutting area of the beard, only the inner blade that is reciprocated and slides into contact with the inner surface of the outer blade is placed on the inner side of the outer blade. However, in this case, the length of the outer cutter frame in the longitudinal direction increases by the thickness of the outer cutter frame, making it impossible to achieve miniaturization and improve usability. If the wall thickness of the outer cutter frame is reduced, the size of the outer cutter frame can be reduced, but this makes it difficult to provide sufficient strength to the outer cutter frame. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its purpose is to provide a reciprocating electric shaver that can reduce the size of the outer cutter frame while providing sufficient strength to the outer cutter frame. It is on offer.

Accordingly, in the present invention, the first protrusion and the first protrusion are separated from the wall surface located at both ends in the reciprocating direction of the inner cutter in the outer cutter frame having an opening in which the outer cutter is disposed. a second protrusion that protrudes further than the first protrusion, one surface of the first protrusion faces the inner surface of the edge of the outer blade, and a step is formed between the first protrusion and the first protrusion. The second protrusion has a feature in that one surface of the second protrusion faces the region of the outer cutter where the cutter hole is formed. [Function] According to the present invention, even if the wall thickness of the walls at both ends of the outer cutter frame is reduced, the strength of both ends of the outer cutter frame can be increased by both protrusions protruding from the wall surfaces. . [Example] The present invention will be described below in detail based on the illustrated example. The outer blade 1 in which a large number of blade holes 10 are formed is formed of a thin bendable metal plate, and the outer blade 1 is made of a thin flexible metal plate. A plurality of positioning holes 11 are provided respectively. The outer cutter frame 2 in which the outer cutter 1 is disposed in the upper opening is formed of a holding frame 20 and a mounting frame 25 here. The holding frame 20 has a plurality of positioning protrusions 2 on the outer surface of both sides thereof.
1, a through hole 22, and connecting portions 23 on the outer surfaces of both ends, and the outer cutter 1 has a positioning projection 21 of a holding frame 20 inserted into the positioning hole 11 at both ends. In this state, thin plate-like mounting plates 3 are placed on each end portion, so that it is mounted to the holding frame 20 in a curved state. The mounting plate 3 here is provided with mounting pieces 30 at both ends thereof, which are passed through the through holes 22 of the holding frame 20 and bent on the inner surface side of the holding frame 20.
The surface facing the holding frame 20 is provided with grooves 31 for allowing the plurality of positioning protrusions 21 to escape. Incidentally, since this groove 31 is designed to form a protrusion on the surface side of the mounting plate 3, it also contributes to improving the strength of the mounting plate 3. On the other hand, the mounting frame 25 of the outer cutter frame 2 is attached to the main body 5 in which a motor, a driver 50 that converts the rotation of the motor into reciprocating motion, etc. are housed, and the mounting frame 25 is attached to the main body 5 in which a motor, a drive element 50 that converts the rotation of the motor into reciprocating motion, etc. are housed. The connecting portion 23 provided on the holding frame 20 is inserted into the groove 26, and the hook 24 of the connecting portion 23 engages with the locking pawl 27 protruding into the engaging groove 26, so that the holding frame 20 is connected. When the connecting portion 23 is pushed, the hook 24 is also pushed in and moved inward to be detached from the locking claw 27, so that the holding frame 20 can be removed from the mounting frame 25. The inner cutter 4, which is composed of an inner cutter blade 40, a base 41, and a joint 42 and is attached to the driver 50, is attached to the driver 50.
By slidingly contacting the inner surface of the outer cutter 1 while being biased by a push-up spring (not shown) disposed inside the outer cutter 1, the beard introduced into the inner side from the cutter hole 10 of the outer cutter 1 is cut. As described above, the outer cutter frame 2 is composed of the mounting frame 25 and the holding frame 20. Both ends of the holding frame 20 protrude from the inner surface of both ends of the mounting frame 20, excluding the connecting portions 23 and hooks 24. It is equipped with a thin wall part that constitutes the protrusion 35 and a second protrusion 36 that protrudes further than the protrusion 35, and there is a step C between both protrusions 35 and 36. A step is formed. When the outer cutter 1 is attached to the holding frame 20, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, one surface of the protrusion 35 faces the inner surface of the edge of the outer cutter 1, and one surface of the protrusion 36 faces the inner surface of the edge of the outer cutter 1. is opposed to the inner surface of the region of the outer cutter 1 where the cutter hole 10 is formed. Projection 3
6 gives strength to the holding frame 20 to resist twisting when the connecting portion 23 is bent, and the blade hole in the outer cutter 1 is larger than the gap E between the protrusion 35 and the outer cutter 1. The space l between the protrusion 36 and the outer cutter 1 facing the presence area of 10
By making vD larger, it is possible to prevent the beard from getting caught inside from the blade hole 10. When shaving, even if the outer cutter 1 sinks inward due to being pressed against the skin, the outer cutter 1 is received by the protrusion 35 and there is a space between the outer cutter 1 and the protrusion 36. Since a gap equal to the step C is secured, there is no possibility that the beard will be caught in this case. Figures 4 to 6 show that the outer cutter frame 2 is not formed of the mounting frame 25 and the holding frame 20 as described above, ζ□+', but is formed by integrating these two. It shows the case. Regarding the protrusion 35 and the protrusion 36,
It functions exactly the same as the above embodiment. In addition, the outer cutter 1 shown here has a tongue-shaped elastic piece 17 formed by forming a slit 16 on the edge of the positioning hole 11, as shown in FIG. , when the positioning protrusion 21 is fitted into the positioning hole 11, the eighth
As shown in the figure, since the elastic piece 17 comes into elastic contact with the positioning protrusion 21, the outer cutter 1 can be removed and the attachment plate 3 can be easily attached.

As described above, in the present invention, the walls at both ends of the outer cutter frame in the direction of reciprocating movement of the inner cutter are made thinner to achieve miniaturization, and at the same time, even if the cutter hole area of the outer cutter is expanded, the arrangement of the inner cutter is Strength can be ensured by the presence of the first protrusion and the second protrusion that protrude inwardly of the part, and the second protrusion that faces the area where the cutter hole is present in the outer cutter is
Since there is a step between the inner surface of the edge of the outer cutter and the opposing first protrusion, even when the outer cutter sinks due to being pressed against the skin, the outer cutter remains on the first protrusion. I was accepted at
Since there is a gap corresponding to the difference in level between the second protrusion and the outer cutter, there is no possibility that the beard that has entered through the cutter hole will get caught.
