Claims (1)
- ヒートパイプの沸騰部が埋設された発熱体圧接
ブロツクと、この発熱体圧接ブロツクに圧接され
る半導体素子と、これらの発熱体圧接ブロツクと
半導体素子を圧接し複数のスタツドを有する圧接
クランプとを備えた半導体冷却器において、上記
の圧接クランプの一方のスタツドを、回動可能か
つ軸方向に移動可能にブロツクに固定するととも
に、上記ヒートパイプを所定の傾斜角度に選定す
る金具により上記発熱体圧接ブロツクを取付板に
固定するようにしたことを特徴とする半導体冷却
器。
