Abstract

PURPOSE:To connect several guide rails, unify them and hoist them by fastening a pair of upper and lower horizontal bars and a pair of right and left vertical bars connected thereto at positions avoiding a splice plate part of the vertically connected guide rails. CONSTITUTION:A hoisting auxiliary device 10 consisting of a pair of upper and lower horizontal bars 11A, B and a pair of right and left vertical bars 12A, B for connecting both the ends of the upper and lower horizontal bars 11A, B respectively at positions avoiding a splice plate part are detachably fastened to mutually connected upper and lower guide rails 4A, B through the splice plate 6. According to this constitution, the device 10 can stand a load larger by a friction force due to the fastening of the horizontal bars 11A, B and the guide rails 4A, B than the conventional device.

(Conventional technology) In recent elevator installation work, for the purpose of improving safety and saving labor, the conventional hoisting machine, car frame, etc. are used instead of installing scaffolding in the hoistway. As a result, construction methods that involve installing guide rails and assembling entrance/exit supplies, etc., are increasingly being adopted.

When installing a guide rail in a hoistway using such a construction method, first, as shown in FIG. The guide rail 4A attached to the hoistway 1 is lifted into the hoistway 1. When the lower end of the guide rail 4A rises to a level near the upper end of the next guide rail 4B, which is placed on the curing plate 5 in the lower pit in the hoistway 1, as shown in the figure, the hoisting machine is stopped, and in this state, the worker brings the upper and lower guide rails 4A and 4B together, and engages the uneven portions 4a and 4b formed on the mutual joint end surfaces as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. Also, both guide rails 4A.

Each of these fastening holes 5.7 has a slightly larger diameter than the bolt 8, and with the bolt 8 and nut 9 temporarily tightened, the hoisting machine is operated to lift the upper and lower guide rails 4A, 4B a little. After checking and correcting the straightness of the rail surface, that is, after centering, the bolts 8 and nuts 9 are fully tightened to completely connect them by the joint plate 6. Then, operate the main engine again to move the guide rail 4A.

4B, and connect the third guide rail 4C (see FIG. 8) to the lower end of the guide rail 4B in the same manner as before and lift it up. In this way, the guide rails are added one after another to the lower end and lifted up, to obtain the required number of guide rails, that is,
Connect and lift the number of guide rails equivalent to the total height of the hoistway 1, or in the case of split lifting, the number of guide rails equivalent to the length of the split, and attach the brackets (Fig. (not shown).

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, as described above, when lifting a guide rail by using a hoisting machine via the lobe 2 and adding guide rails one after another by connecting the joint plate 6 to the lower end of the guide rail, the joint There is a problem in that a gap is created between the upper and lower guide rails that have been centered and connected by the plate 6, which requires rework.

In other words, since the fastening holes 5 and 7 formed in each of the guide rails and the joint plate 6 are both slightly larger in diameter than the bolts 8, the upper and lower guide rails are connected to each other by the tightening of the bolts 8 with the joint plate 6. They are connected by the frictional force F and support the lower load.

This frictional force F is F-4μP, where μ is the force of tightening each of the four bolts 8 and P1 is the coefficient of friction between the guide rail and the joint plate 6. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 8, the uppermost guide rail 4
When the total length of the second and subsequent guide rails excluding A is L, the load G applied to the joint plate 6 between the uppermost guide rail 4A and the second guide rail 4B that supports this is the unit of the guide rail. If the weight of the length is a1 and the total weight of the joint plate 6 is b, then G-aL+b...■. Further, the load applied to the joint plate 6 between the second guide rail 4B and the next third guide rail 4C is less than the above G by the weight of one guide rail.

Similarly, the load applied decreases as one goes to the lower joint plate 6. This load G causes the frictional force F of the joint plate 6
If it becomes larger, a gap will be created between the upper and lower guide rails during lifting. That is, G>F is the case when L>(4μp-b)÷a...■,
When the guide rails are connected and lifted longer than this L, there is a gap δ between the upper and lower guide rails 4A and 4B as shown in FIG.
However, a gap δ' was generated between 4B and 4C, and the guide rails that had been connected to each other for centering had to be re-adjusted, which was very troublesome.

In addition, when lifting the load mentioned above, it is necessary to consider the acceleration α of the hoisting machine, so the length of the guide rail that can be lifted in - degrees becomes even shorter, and the desired number of guide rails can be connected and integrated. There was a problem that it could not be lifted.

(Function) If the guide rail lifting auxiliary device with the above configuration is used to connect the upper and lower guide rails connected by the joint plate, the friction force due to the connection between the horizontal bar and the guide rail will be greater than that of the conventional one. Be able to withstand the load,
It becomes possible to connect and integrate a correspondingly large number of guide rails over a long length and to lift the rails without creating gaps.

More specifically, the upper and lower horizontal pars 11A, IIB and the left and right vertical bars 12A, 12B are all made of steel plates, and the left and right vertical bars 12A, 12B are at both ends of the upper and lower horizontal pars 11A, IIB. They are connected and fixed by welding, and the overall shape is a slightly elongated four-sided frame. Horizontal par 11 above and below
Two pairs of fasteners 1.3A and 13B in the form of rail clamps on the left and right are attached to the front middle portions of each of A and IIB by bolts 14, respectively. Of the two left and right pairs, each fastener 13A on the left side in the figure is a horizontal par 11A.
, 11B are fitted by sliding bolts 14 into elongated holes 15 formed in each of the elongated holes 15, so that the distance between the fastener 13B on the right side and the fastener 13B on the right side can be adjusted in size within the range of the elongated holes 15.

Two pairs of fasteners 13A and 13B are provided on the left and right sides of 11B, but these can be freely set as one pair on the left and right, or three or four pairs on the left and right depending on the length (number) of guide rails to be connected and lifted together. Just do it. In addition, since the applied load is larger at the upper guide rail joint, the guide rail lifting auxiliary device, which has more fasteners 13A, 13B installed at the joint of the upper guide rail, should be installed as the lower the joint, the more fasteners 13A, 13
Even if the number of B is reduced, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

12B is connected to the upper and lower horizontal pars 11A and IIB at a position between the upper and lower sides of the left and right fasteners 13A and 13B, thereby minimizing the overall width dimension H. In this case, the same effects as those of the previous embodiment can be obtained, and it is also effective when the space for lifting the guide rail in the hoistway is small.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, by using this guide rail lifting auxiliary device to fasten the upper and lower guide rails connected by the temporary joint, the frictional force caused by the fastening of the horizontal bar and the guide rail can be reduced. This makes it possible to withstand a larger load than before, and it is now possible to connect and integrate multiple guide rails into one long length and lift them without creating gaps, making it easier to re-center and correct the guide rails after lifting. It becomes a simple thing that can be made unnecessary.
