Description
本発明は、改良された油性化粧料、更に詳しく
は、アイブロウ、アイシヤドウ、アイライナー、
口紅等のスチツク状油性化粧料に関するもので、
容器に上記化粧料を直接流し込み充填し固定され
る際、容器との離型性にすぐれ、所謂“壁ハガレ
現象”にすぐれた効果を有する、仕上がり品の表
面状態が極めてきれいなスチツク状油性化粧料を
提供するものである。
従来の油性化粧料は、固化剤として動・植物ワ
ツクス、鉱物ワツクスを使用し製造しているが、
化粧容器に利用されている金属容器例えばアルマ
イト加工アルミ材、ステンレス容器、或いは、ポ
リエチレン、ポリプロピレン、アクリロニトリル
スチレン共重合物、アクリロニトリルブタジエ
ン、スチレン共重合物、ポリメチルメタアクリレ
ートポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエ
チレンテレフタレート、ポリアセタール等の合成
樹脂容器に、流し込み充填固化させた中味は、容
器との濡れ、収縮率との関連から、固化後、容器
と一部密着し、消費者が、容器から繰出し使用す
る際ひどいものでは折損、繰出し不良、中味側面
の削除、表面光沢の低下等の問題が起り易く、製
造者の悩みの種となつている。これらを回避する
為、製造者は、容器よりやや細めの径に成型し容
器に装着するとか、製品により容器や種々の形状
をしたカプセル容器に直接充填し固化させる場合
は、予じめ容器内面に離型剤を塗布し対処してい
るのが実状である。本発明者らは、上記欠点を回
避する目的で鋭意研究の結果ポリエチレンの平均
分子量(MW)が約300〜約700、好ましくは500
〜700を、3〜95重量%、好ましくは3〜10重量
%配合することにより表面光沢にすぐれしかも容
器から成形後繰出す際、繰出し不良、折損、中味
側面の削除の全くないスチツク状油性化粧料を完
成した。ポリエチレンの平均分子量が700以上に
なると、溶解性が不良となり、ワツクスとして使
用できない。又、300以下では固化力も劣り、使
用が困難である。従つて、従来のワツクス類に比
較して固化力が大で、溶解性も良好なポリエチレ
ンの平均分子量は300〜700が極めて使用し易いこ
とである。次に、油性化粧料の組成分として配合
される同時に、前記欠点を解消する為に、ポリエ
チレンの重要な特性として、透明性が要求され
る。この透明性については、流動パラフイン、ス
クワラン等の非極性を使用した場合、従来の炭化
水素ワツクス、固型パラフイン、セレシン等で固
化力が小さいが、本発明のポリエチレン(平均分
子量300〜700)を使用すれば、少量で固化し、し
かも透明性も良好で、約15%まで透明性にすぐれ
る。又、その他の固化剤であるカルナバワツク
ス、キヤンデリワツクス等を使用しても透明性で
は、ポリエチレンより劣る。なお、ポリエチレン
の平均分子量300〜700の軟化点は85℃〜105℃で
ある。次に各実施例をあげて説明する。先ず、実
施例1と比較例をあげて説明する。
