  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フレーム１，１の間に設けたワイヤロープ５を
    巻回するドラム４、フレーム１，１の間の支点３
    に取付けた、リンク２，２、リンク２，２に設け
    たワイヤロープ固定点１２、 リンク２，２の間に設けた皿バネ６に常時押圧
    される移動側皿バネ軸受１０、皿バネ６の固定側
    皿バネ軸受９、 フレーム１の一方の外側に突出するハンドルラ
    チエツト１７、 フレーム１の他方の外側に突出するドラム軸４
    ａに懸架されたストツパーラチエツト１０１、レ
    バー爪１０３、ストツパー爪バネ１０２ｓにより
    ストツパーラチエツト１０１に係合する付勢力を
    有するストツパー爪１０２、リンク２，２の一端
    に取り付けられ、フレーム１のピン穴１１ｂを突
    き抜けてフレーム１の外側に突出するリンクピン
    と、 からなり、 ワイヤロープ５にかかる荷重が最大許容荷重に
    達しないときは、リンクピン１１が皿バネ６の拡
    開力によりレバー爪１０３の突起１０３ｂに係合
    しており、 該レバー爪１０２の先端がストツパー爪１０３
    の後端に係合し、ストツパー爪１０２のストツパ
    ーラチエツト１０１へ係合しようとするストツパ
    ー爪バネ１０２ｓの付勢力を阻止している、 ことを特徴とする張線器。
