Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent hallux valgas, and to improve the putting-on feeling of a shoe by sewing up an expandable body, which has been sewn parallel to a piece of cloth, onto the cut-out part at the tip of the toe of an instep so as to be expandable in the up-and-down direction of the instep. CONSTITUTION:A piece of cloth 2 being expandable in the longitudinal direction 1 is stretched by 25%, and a piece of natural leather 3 is superposed thereon, and is sewn 5, 5 so as to be obliquely fastened to the cloth at an angle of 30 deg. in the longitudinal direction 1. An expandable body 6 is comprised of a piece of cloth 2 capable of being expanded only in the longitudinal direction 1, and a piece of synthetic leather 3 wrinkled by the contraction of the cloth in the longitudinal direction 1, and the cloth 2 is sewn 5, 5 parallel at the wrinkled valleys 4, 4 to form expandable body 6. This expandable body 6 is cut in a prescribed shape, and is sewn up onto the cut-out part 9 (not shown) at the tip 8 (not shown) of the toe of the instep 7 (not shown) of a prepared lady's shoe so that the longitudinal direction 1 thereof coincides with the up-and-down direction of the instep 7.

The present invention relates to a shoe for preventing single toe valgus and a method for manufacturing an elastic body used therein. Shoes, especially women's shoes, are preferred for their smart appearance, so high heels with pointed toes are often worn. However, if such shoes are repeatedly worn for a long time, the five toes will be forced into a tapered shape, and the bone will protrude at the base of the break, causing the area to swell, resulting in a so-called valgus break, which can be dangerous for your health. There was some damage. Therefore, conventionally, a notch was provided on the side of the toe of the toe, that is, the part where the base of the thumb and the little finger hit, and an elastic body that expands and contracted only in the vertical direction was sewn into the notch. It had been. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 8 and the plan view of FIG. Paste with adhesive (14) and sew in parallel (5),
(5) It was manufactured by. The stretchable body (15) thus produced is shown in cross-section in FIG. However, the elastic body (15) has a thin skin (12)\
Since the covering rubber thread fabric (13) is bonded together with the adhesive (14), it is hard and feels stiff while being worn, making it uncomfortable to wear, and the wrinkles on the surface are also less rounded. In addition, there was a risk that the rubber thread in the covered rubber thread fabric (13) would be cut by the sewing machine needle when sewing (5), (5) and the notch. Therefore, shoes in which the elastic body (15) is sewn into the notch on the side of the toe of the toe can prevent valgus breakage, but
The drawbacks of the elastic body (15) are directly visible in the shoes. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-valgus shoe that does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks, and a method for manufacturing an elastic body used therein. The gist of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows. 1) A shoe that can be expanded and contracted only in one direction (1) as shown in FIG. 1, which is a perspective view of the shoe, and FIG. Fabric (2) and fabric 1 wrinkled by shrinking in the one direction (1)
The outer fabric (3) is made of synthetic leather, natural leather, etc., and the outer fabric (3) is sewn parallel to the fabric (2) at the wrinkled troughs (4) and (4). Arrival (5), (5
) ・Stretchable body (6). (6) is attached to the side part (8) of the toe of the cover (7), the notch (9) of the cover (8), (9) in the vertical direction (
10) Bunion-preventing shoes that are sewn so that they can expand and contract. 2) A fabric (2) that can stretch only in one direction (1) as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. (1)
Fabric 1 consists of an outer fabric (3) and a lining fabric (11) made of synthetic leather, natural leather, etc., which are wrinkled by being shrunk. Tanibe who was Xed (4)

A method for producing an elastic body (6), which comprises layering (1) and sewing (5) in parallel or perpendicularly or obliquely to one direction (1). The fabric (2) may be a polyurethane yarn for either the warp or the weft, or a fabric in which both the warp and the weft are made of ordinary yarn, but only one of them can be expanded or contracted by a weaving method. The stretchable body (6) shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 consists of fabric (2), outer fabric (3), fabric (2), outer fabric (3), and lining fabric (11).
are not adhered to each other, and the voids (16) and (16
) etc., it is extremely flexible, and the wrinkles are rounded, so these features are directly applied to the shoe's shoe cover (7).
), it is possible to obtain shoes that are comfortable to wear and have an excellent appearance. The stretchable body (6) shown in FIG. 2 is softer and lighter, so it is suitable for shoes where comfort is important, and the stretchable body (6) shown in FIG. 3 is suitable for expensive shoes where appearance is important.
