Claims (1)
- 粒子を浮懸した電解質溶液の試料を容れる一対
の容器であつて相互を微細孔により連通した第１
の容器および第２の容器と、前記第１の容器およ
び第２の容器の内部にそれぞれに設けられて少な
くともいずれか一方を先端が前記微細孔に向いた
洗浄用パイプにより形成した一対の電極とを備え
た粒子検出器。
