[考案の目的] (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は小型乾燥機に関し、特に回転ドラムを
装備せずに下着などの繊細な被乾燥物を傷めずに
乾燥できるようにした小型乾燥機に関する。 (従来の技術) 従来の乾燥機として、回転ドラム内に被乾燥物
を入れ、この回転ドラムを回転しながら回転ドラ
ム内に温風を送り込んで乾燥するようにしたもの
が実公昭56−7267号公報等で知られている。しか
し、この様な回転ドラム型のものは大型で高価に
なると共に、被乾燥物を回転するため、繊細な繊
維からなる例えば女性用下着類などを傷め易いと
いう問題があつた。このような不具合を改良する
ものとして縦型固定ドラムに上方開口部から被乾
燥物を入れ、この固定ドラム内に下方から温風を
吹き上げるようにしたものがある。しかし上記の
ように縦型固定ドラム内に下方から温風を吹き上
げるようにした場合、温風が被乾燥物の重量に抗
して吹き付けられるため、モーターの能力を大き
くしなければならないと共に、温風が被乾燥物の
内部に届き難く乾燥効率が低い。 このような問題を解決するために、被乾燥物に
対し温風を横方向に吹付けるようにしたものが実
開昭53−14273号公報で提案されている。 [考案が解決しようとする課題] 上記従来技術においては、乾燥室に吹出された
温風が上方に向つて流れて上方排出口から排出す
るので、被乾燥物が温風によつて充分包まれない
という問題があつた。 そこで本考案は通気性受器に収納された被乾燥
物を温風で良好に包み込み被乾燥物の内部まで温
風が行き届くことを可能にした小型乾燥機を提供
することを目的とする。 [考案の構成] (課題を解決するための手段) 本考案はモーターによつて回転駆動されるフア
ンにより乾燥室内にヒーターにより加熱された温
風を横方向に供給すると共に、固定式乾燥室内に
複数段の通気性受器を架設して成る小型乾燥機に
おいて、横長な外筐の一側面に吸気口を形成する
と共に他側面に排気口を形成し、前記外筐内に吹
出口を有する仕切板を前記側面と平行に設けて、
仕切板の吸気口側に送風室を、排気口側に小型乾
燥室をそれぞれ形成し、前記乾燥室の前面及び上
面を連通状態で開閉する扉を設け、フアンの回転
駆動により温風を吹出口から横方向に吹出し複数
段の通気性受器を包み込んで排気口から横方向に
排出するようにして構成される。 (作 用) 本考案はフアンの駆動によつて仕切板の吹出口
から小型乾燥室に向つて横方向に吹出された温風
がそのまま横方向に流れ、通気性受器を包み込ん
で排気口から横方向に排出することにより小型乾
燥室内に装架された複数段の通気性受器に収納さ
れた被乾燥物の内部まで温風が充分行き届いて良
好に乾燥される。また扉を開くことによつて小型
乾燥室の前面と上面とが開口され被乾燥物の出し
入れを簡単に行うことができる。 (実施例) 以下、本考案の一実施例を添付図面を参照して
説明する。 第1図および第2図は第1実施例を示し、1は
外筐であり、合成樹脂により断面U字状に一体成
形された筐本体2と、この筐本体2の右側面の開
口部に装着された吸気口3を有する側板4と、右
側面の開口部に装着れた排気口5を有する側板6
と、底板7と、前面左側の開口部に開閉可能に装
着された彎曲状の扉8から構成されている。9は
外筐1内に装着された吹出口10を有する仕切板
であり、扉8に対応する外筐1の左側部分に乾燥
室11を右側部分に送風室12をそれぞれ形成し
ている。乾燥室11には前記側板6と仕切板9と
にそれぞれ設けられたガイドレール13,13に
沿つて扉8が開閉可能に設けられていると共に、
側板6と仕切板9にはそれぞれ対応する箇所に3
段の受棚14,14が設けられ、この受棚14,
14に被乾燥物を収容する篭15が出入可能に架
してある。また乾燥室11の底部には排水口16
を有する排水板17が配設され、この排水板17
の下部に受皿18が出入可能に設けられている。
送風室12には側板4に隈取モーター19が装着
され、この隈取モーター19の回転軸20にフア
ン21が設けられている。また仕切板9にはマイ
カヒーター22が取付けられている。さらに外筐
1の前面右側には操作板23が装着され、この操
作板23にはタイマーセツト部24、冷風スイツ
チ25および表示ランプ26が設けられている。
また吸気口3には図示しないフイルターが配設さ
れている。そして、扉8を開いて脱水機で脱水さ
れた被乾燥物を乾燥室11の3段の篭15内に収
納し、扉8を閉じる。次にタイマーセツト部24
を操作して被乾燥物の量に応じて乾燥時間をセツ
トする。このタイマーセツトによつてヒーター2
2およびモーター19に通電し、モーター19に
より回転駆動するフアン21によりフイルターを
介し吸気口3から外気が送風室12内に吸引さ
れ、その吸引された外気はヒーター22により加
熱されて温風化し、この温風は仕切板9の吹出口
10から乾燥室11に送られ、被乾燥物に向つて
横方向に吹き付けられ、篭15を介して3段に架
している被乾燥物を温風が包み込むと共に被乾燥
物の内部まで行き届いて被乾燥物を乾燥させ、そ
して排気口5から外部に排出される。温風乾燥後
冷風スイツチ25を押してタイマーをセツトする
とモーター19のみ通電し、冷風が被乾燥物に横
方向に吹き付けられ、皺になることを予防する。 このように上記実施例においては、複数段の通
気性受器たる篭15に収納された被乾燥物に対し
て、温風を仕切板9の吹出口10から横方向に吹
付け、横方向のまま排気口5から排出するもので
あるため、温風は被乾燥物を包み込み、かつ、内
部まで行き届いて良好に乾燥される。これによつ
て従来のようにドラムの回転によつて被乾燥物を
移動したり、あるいは単に重ね入れた被乾燥物に
その重量に抗して温風を吹き付ける必要がないた
め、例えば隈取モーター19のような安価なモー
ターによつて良好に温風乾燥することができる。
また温風乾燥後冷風処理を行えるため被乾燥物が
皺になることを良好に予防できる。また被乾燥物
は固定状態のまま乾燥されるため非常に繊細な繊
維からなる例えば女性用下着類でも傷めることな
く安心して乾燥できる。また全体にコンパクトで
取り扱い、持ち運びに便利である。また扉8を開
くことにより小型乾燥室11の前面と上面とが開
口するため複数段に収納された被乾燥物の出し入
れを簡単に行うことができる。

ればよい。また被乾燥物は下着類などの衣類に限
らず適宜な被乾燥物の乾燥に広く使用できること
は勿論である。 [考案の効果] 本考案はモーターによつて回転駆動されるフア
ンにより乾燥室内にヒーターにより加熱された温
風を横方向に供給すると共に、固定式乾燥室内に
複数段の通気性受器を架設して成る小型乾燥機に
おいて、横長な外筐の一側面に吸気口を形成する
と共に他側面に排気口を形成し、前記外筐内に吹
出口を有する仕切板を前記側面と平行に設けて、
仕切板の吸気口側に送風室を、排気口側に小型乾
燥室をそれぞれ形成し、前記乾燥室の前面及び上
面を連通状態で開閉する扉を設け、フアンの回転
駆動により温風を吹出口から横方向に吹出し複数
段の通気性受器を包み込んで排気口から横方向に
排出するようにしたことにより通気性受器に収納
された被乾燥物を温風で良好に包み込み被乾燥物
の内部まで温風が行き届くことを可能にした小型
