探触子の送受信面に当接され内部に水が封入され
た伸縮性薄膜の水袋と、上記超音波探触子及び水
袋を探傷角度に応じた姿勢で保持するプローブ本
体と、上記水袋の前部の被検体との接触面に高粘
性液体又はペースト状の媒質を介して取付けられ
た耐摩耗性接触用膜とを具えたことを特徴とする
