を高めた、漏れ防止構造を有するつがいすておむつに関

ては、ゴム等の弾性体の弾性収縮力を利用しており、着
用中、股下部への圧迫により、股下部が赤くなったり、
傷ついたりすることが多々あるという欠点を有する。ま
たこのような欠点を解決するために特開昭５７−８９６
０２号公報に見られるように弾性部材を折り曲げて立体
感を持たせたものもあるが、まだ十分に満足できるもの

本発明のつがいすておむっ１は、液透過性の表面シート

部材５が固定されている。表面シート３としては、特に
制限はなく、通常用いられる不織布等が用いられる。又
、裏面シート２としては、一般にはポリエチレンフィル
ムが用いられ、透湿の目的で微細孔があけられる方が好
ましい。吸収層６としては特に制限はないが、解繊パル
プを主材とし、吸水ポリマー等を併用すると吸収層を薄
くすることができ着用感が良くなる。第１図においては
、吸収層６が長方形に形成された例が示されているが、
股下区域４において幅狭の砂時計型に形成されていても

着用者の肌に接することを考慮すると不織布系の弾性体
が好ましい。特に巾方向に折れにくい発泡ウレタンが好
ましい。また、肌触りの悪いウレタン系の弾性体を用い
る場合は、その弾性体が着用者の肌に接する部分を不織
