- 光源からの出射光を平行光にするコリメータレ
ンズ系と、前記平行光を測定領域に断面偏平な照
射光として集束するトロイダルレンズと、前記測
定領域における前記照射光の粒子流による散乱光
を検知する光検知手段とを備えてなる光散乱式微
粒子計。
