ハウジングに接合面で接合されたレセプタクルホ
ルダと、上記ハウジングにネジ部で接合するロツ
ドレンズを保持するレンズホルダと、上記レンズ
ホルダに取り付けたピンを設け、上記ハウジング
にある溝から、上記ピンが、上記ハウジングから
出ていることを特徴とする光半導体モジユール。 (2) 光半導体素子と被接続光コネクタにつなが
る光フアイバ間にロツドレンズを有する光半導体
モジユールにおいて、光半導体素子と光フアイバ
を結ぶ軸上に、上記光半導体素子を取り付けたス
テムと、このステムに取り付けられ上記光半導体
素子を覆う光透過板を有するキヤツプと、上記ス
テムをハウジングにネジリングで取り付け、上記
ハウジングに接合面で接合されたレセプタクルホ
ルダと、上記ハウジングに外周部で接合するロツ
ドレンズを保持するレンズホルダと、上記レンズ
ホルダに取り付けたピンを設け、上記ハウジング
にある溝から、上記ピンが、上記ハウジングから
